A backsplash is often done in a day or two. Showers and larger floors take longer because waterproofing, thinset, and grout each need proper cure time. We'll give you a clear timeline up front.
Can you tile over existing tile?
In limited cases it's possible, but we usually recommend removing old tile so we can inspect the substrate, fix any damage, and waterproof properly. It's the only way to guarantee a long-lasting result.
Do you install large-format tile?
Yes. Large-format porcelain looks stunning but requires a very flat surface and careful setting. We use leveling systems and proper trowel technique to get a flush finish.
Do you supply the tile or do I?
Either works. We can help you choose and source tile, or install tile you've already picked out. We'll confirm quantities so you order the right amount with overage.
Can you fix cracked tile or old grout?
Yes. We replace cracked tiles, regrout, and recaulk showers and floors to make them look fresh again without a full remodel.
